AG Insurance – Soudal Cycling Team have unveiled their 2026 race kit, presenting a design that the team itself describes as a clear step forward in visibility, safety, and performance as it continues to mature at the top level of women’s cycling.
Developed in collaboration with Castelli, the new jersey builds on the team’s established navy-and-white colour scheme while introducing a striking electric-lime visibility element. According to the team, the high-contrast detailing is intended to improve rider visibility both in racing scenarios and during training, reinforcing a growing emphasis on rider safety alongside competitive performance.
The design is positioned as part of the team’s wider identity rather than a radical departure. AG Insurance – Soudal say the 2026 kit reflects continuity and progression, mirroring a project that has steadily grown in depth and results since stepping into the Women’s WorldTour.
A new partner aligned with performance and development
The 2026 jersey also marks the arrival of Datashift as a new partner. The data and performance specialist joins AG Insurance and Soudal on the kit, a partnership the team says fits naturally with its long-term vision of building an environment where riders can develop and perform at the highest level.
Jurgen Foré, CEO of AG Insurance – Soudal, framed the launch as part of the team’s broader evolution, linking the visual update directly to rider welfare and ambition.
“This new kit represents another important step in our growth. Visibility and safety are essential for every rider, and we are proud to integrate these elements into a modern design. We also warmly welcome Datashift, a partner whose innovative mindset perfectly matches our ambition.”
Datashift CEO Nico Huybrechts echoed that sentiment, highlighting the shared focus on development and opportunity.
“In sport and in business, it’s all about giving talent the environment to grow. This team embodies everything we believe in: ambition, teamwork, and pushing boundaries.”

Castelli focus on aerodynamics, comfort and winter visibility
From a technical perspective, Castelli says the 2026 range goes beyond visual updates. Steve Smith, Castelli’s Global Brand Manager, explained that while visibility was a key consideration, performance gains were equally important.
The 2026 kits are described as more aerodynamic and lighter than previous versions, while the cold and wet weather jackets and vests will lean heavily into the electric-lime colour for enhanced visibility when training. Castelli also confirmed the use of AirCore™, its PFAS-free membrane technology developed with Polartec®, to improve breathability in winter conditions.
Backed by results on the road in 2025
The kit launch comes off the back of AG Insurance – Soudal’s most successful season to date at WorldTour level. In 2025, the team secured victories across one-day races, stage races and national championships, underlining the breadth of its roster.
Kim Le Court delivered landmark wins, including Liège-Bastogne-Liège Femmes and a Tour de France Femmes stage, while also collecting national titles for Mauritius. Sarah Gigante added two Giro d’Italia Women stage victories, Justine Ghekiere claimed both a Tour of Norway Women stage and the Belgian road title, and the returning Shari Bossuyt topped the podium at the Grand Prix de Wallonie Dames. Those results, combined with consistent depth across the season, helped cement the team’s status as one of the most competitive outfits in the peloton.
As AG Insurance – Soudal look ahead to 2026, the new kit is being positioned not simply as a design refresh, but as a visual statement of a project that continues to grow in confidence, ambition and identity.
