Human Powered Health has confirmed a new three-year partnership extension with its women’s cycling team, reaffirming its commitment to elite women’s sport through the next UCI Women’s WorldTour cycle. The deal, which runs through 2028, is a significant statement of intent from both the title sponsor and management group Circuit Sport, and marks a clear focus on long-term development, performance, and international impact.
Since joining forces in 2021, the two organisations have built a programme grounded in what they describe as a shared vision for “human performance”. That mission now enters a new phase, with the goal of becoming one of the world’s top five women’s cycling teams by the end of the decade.
“We are incredibly proud to extend our partnership with Human Powered Health for the next three years,” said General Manager Ro De Jonckere. “Their long-term commitment provides the fuel we need to pursue our ambitious goal of becoming a top-five team by 2028.”
De Jonckere will continue leading the project from Belgium, where the team operates its European base. Under her leadership, the team has become increasingly present across the Women’s WorldTour, with both established names and rising talent performing on the biggest stages.
Notable wins and upward trajectory
Human Powered Health has already found success in 2025, including an attacking solo win at Trofeo Binissalem-Andratx from Thalita de Jong, and a national title for Kathrin Schweinberger in the Austrian road championships. These victories, along with consistent performances across the calendar, sees the team sit 13th in the UCI rankings this season.
A deeper approach to performance
The renewed deal also means the team will retain full access to Human Powered Health’s advanced support systems, including its Performance Lab network. Testing, data science and tailored training programmes will remain at the heart of athlete development, with the full 2026 roster scheduled for a comprehensive preseason evaluation in Wellesley, Massachusetts, this October.
“Women’s cycling epitomises the values of our organisation,” said Dan Cohen, Chief Performance Officer at Human Powered Health. “This team embodies the grit and courageousness it takes to make a difference, whether that’s winning titles or breaking the cycle of reactivity in American health culture.”
Cohen pointed to the group’s “four Pillars of Performance” – movement, mindset, fuel and recovery – as central to both the athletes’ success and the wider Human Powered Health philosophy. “They remind us that true health is self-made,” he added.
A shared vision with global impact
While results and rankings remain key targets, the team views the partnership as equally vital in shaping the long-term sustainability of women’s cycling. De Jonckere underlined that the collaboration goes beyond performance metrics.
“Beyond the race results, Human Powered Health is the ideal partner to help us elevate performance on every level. From cutting-edge support to a shared belief in the values that underpin true success.”
Since 2021, the team has delivered podiums at major international races and pushed forward in areas of athlete care and data-driven performance science. The three-year renewal signals a vote of confidence in that direction – and a clear commitment to powering the future of women’s cycling.
