Lucie Jounier resumed training on the road

“Yesterday I received the green light from the surgeon to resume road training. I went directly to ride that day. I experienced small pains in the wrist when the road was not in very good condition. But nothing to worry about. I still have some way to go to regain all my mobility in the wrist with a few physio sessions to do. On the other hand, I’m better morally, my home trainer will stay put away for a while. I was looking forward to the month of May, it was important for the rest of the season with races that I like. I tell myself that I am lucky, the worst is behind me. It remains to focus on my preparation to return to the races, find my teammates, and the staff of the Arkea Pro Cycling Team. »
