Liège-Bastogne-Liège next for Cogeas-Mettler

After an outstanding performance in the Giro Rosa and the Fléche Wallonne, the Cogeas Mettler Look squad is preparing to give their best in the next Women’s edition of the classic Liège Bastogne-Liège cycling, which will be run this  Sunday 4th October, the one-day road test this year will feature the participation of 24 Woman World Tour teams and a route of 135 kilometers.

 

 

 

The Cogeas Mettler Look cyclists María Novolodskaya, Julia Galimullina, Aigul Gareeva and Diana Klimova (all from Russia), the British Anabel Fisher and the Swiss Nohemí Rüegg, will participate in the 106th edition of the classic Liège-Bastogne-Liège. This race had to take place on April 26 2020 in Belgium, however, due to the 2019-2020 coronavirus pandemic, it has been cancelled and rescheduled for Sunday, October 4, 2020. The girls will be directed by Sergey Klimov, and assisted by Vladimir Ekimov masseur and Artak Mkrtchyan as the mechanic.
