French talent Titia Ryo will join Human Powered Health from the 2026 season, signing through to the end of 2027 as she makes the leap to the Women’s WorldTour.
The 20-year-old from Quimper has already shown herself as one of the most promising riders of her generation. In 2025 she impressed at the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, finishing second in the youth classification, and was also a consistent presence in stage race standings with podiums in youth categories and 2nd overall at the 2024 Volta a Portugal. Earlier results include 9th at Trofeo Binissalem-Andratx and 8th at the Région Pays de la Loire Tour in her first senior campaigns.
Speaking on her move, Ryo said: “I’m excited to make the move to a WorldTour team. I’m excited to race with experienced athletes, and I want to learn at the biggest level of the sport from my teammates and the staff. This is a new step for me, and Human Powered Health is perfect for me because it is a fun team, but performance-focused, and I love this.”
Ryo’s career began in the junior ranks, where she was 4th at the European Championships road race in 2023 and 6th at the World Championships, riding in support of eventual winner Julie Bego. She turned professional with Arkéa-B&B Hotels in 2024 and, within two seasons, had tested herself at both the Vuelta a España and the Tour de France Femmes. Stage 2 of the latter finished in her hometown of Quimper, a particularly special moment with her family and supporters lining the roads.
General manager Ro De Jonckere hailed the signing: “She is an exciting young talent who has already shown great promise at some of the toughest races at the WorldTour level. We are looking forward to nurturing her ability and having her skills develop alongside the team.”
Ryo will be the youngest rider on the Human Powered Health roster, but her focus on development is clear. “Joining Human Powered Health will help me develop my training, nutrition, my gym work and every point which is really good for me,” she explained. “The goal is to also have fun alongside performance, and this is a great environment for me because that is also my personality.”
With her background in sports sciences and a clear eye on progression, Ryo’s next two years are set to be formative. Human Powered Health will provide the platform for her to grow into one of the next key figures in the women’s peloton.
