UAE Team ADQ have revealed their 2026 race jersey, opting for continuity over disruption as the team builds into the next phase of its WorldTour project. At first glance, the new kit closely resembles the 2025 design, but a more detailed look shows a deliberate refinement rather than a straight repeat.
The most notable change is the removal of the sandy yellow wave that previously cut across the centre of the jersey. In its place is a smoother, uninterrupted gradient that flows more cleanly from top to bottom, giving the kit a calmer and more cohesive visual identity while staying firmly rooted in the team’s established look.
What has changed from the 2025 design
The core elements remain familiar. The white upper section, dark blue lower half, and flowing colour transitions are still present, but the 2026 version feels more streamlined.
Key differences include:
- The sandy yellow band seen in 2025 has been removed
- The gradient transition is softer and more blended
- The overall look appears cleaner and slightly more minimal
- Sponsor placement remains consistent, reinforcing brand continuity
Rather than signalling a new direction, the 2026 jersey feels like a polishing of an idea the team is already comfortable with, one that has become instantly recognisable in the women’s peloton.
Team inspiration and design message
In announcing the new kit, UAE Team ADQ framed the design as an extension of its existing identity rather than a reset. The team described the jersey as being inspired by the UAE landscape, specifically the meeting point between desert and sky at sunset, where colours naturally flow into one another.
They characterised the design as a “living gradient”, reflecting constant evolution, unity, and progress. The emphasis was not on bold change, but on continuity and growth, mirroring how the team sees its place within women’s cycling.
Continuity on the bike as the squad evolves
The restrained update comes at a time when the team itself is evolving through targeted recruitment rather than wholesale change. Several new riders will pull on the updated jersey in 2026, adding depth and versatility to the roster.
Riders joining UAE Team ADQ for 2026:
- Mavi Garcia from Liv AlUla Jayco
- Megan Jastrab from Team Picnic PostNL
- Febe Jooris from UAE Development Team
- Pauliena Rooijakkers from Fenix-Deceuninck
- Federica Venturelli from UAE Development Team
The combination of a familiar visual identity and a refreshed rider group underlines a broader strategy. UAE Team ADQ appear keen to reinforce stability, both aesthetically and structurally, while continuing to build performance across stage races, classics, and championships.
