FDJ-Suez bring a powerful and versatile line-up to the 2025 Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, with their ambitions firmly set on the general classification and stage victories. With three proven GC riders and a strong supporting cast, the French team appears well prepared for the nine-day challenge that lies ahead.
Demi Vollering returns after last year’s narrow defeat to Kasia Niewiadoma, where she missed out on the overall title by just four seconds. This time, the 2023 Tour winner will look to reclaim yellow, backed by a team that offers multiple options in the mountains. Vollering hasn’t dominated this season in the same way she did in 2023, but she’s consistently near the front and remains one of the strongest climbers in the peloton.
Alongside her, Juliette Labous continues to be a pillar of consistency in stage races. After finishing 4th in 2022 and 5th in 2023, she returns with a deep understanding of what it takes to contend for a podium in this race. Evita Muzic completes a formidable climbing trident. She was 4th overall last year and has continued to progress as a GC threat in her own right. Between them, the team has three riders who can all realistically aim for the top five.
Elise Chabbey adds climbing depth and attacking flair. She’s had a strong season, including a stage win and 2nd overall at the Volta a Catalunya, 2nd at GP Plumelec-Morbihan, and 3rd on a mountain stage at the Tour de Suisse. If given freedom, she could also hunt for stage wins while playing a key support role in the high mountains.
Marie Le Net arrives at the Tour as the new French national champion, having won the road race title last month. She’s a versatile option who can cover punchy stages and transitions, giving the team tactical flexibility on days that don’t suit the pure climbers.
Ally Wollaston adds sprinting power to the team. She won the overall classification at the Tour of Britain Women, finishing on the podium in three stages, and followed that up by winning the opening stage of the Tour des Pyrénées in mid-June. If the race offers reduced bunch finishes or flatter finales, Wollaston will be a key card to play.
Amber Kraak rounds out the selection. A stage winner at the Tour de Suisse this season, Kraak’s big engine and aggressive style could prove decisive in breakaways and on rolling terrain.
It’s a well-rounded line-up with GC credentials and the ability to shape stages across all terrains. With this much depth, FDJ-Suez will expect to be visible throughout the race and competitive all the way to the final stage.
