Kitija Siltumena
Kitija Siltumēna is a Latvian cyclist who races for KDM-Pack Cycling Team. A strong time-trialist who has steadily developed through the European club and development-team system, she has become one of Latvia’s leading young road riders. Siltumēna won the Latvian elite time-trial title in 2024 before adding the national road race championship in 2026, alongside a series of podium finishes in both disciplines.

Career overview
Siltumēna first made an impact nationally as a junior, winning the Latvian junior time-trial championship in 2020 before gaining experience with the Watersley development programme. She progressed through Grouwels-Watersley and Keukens Redant while becoming increasingly competitive at elite level, finishing on the podium of the Latvian road race and time-trial championships several times. Her breakthrough came in 2024 when she won the elite national time-trial title and also claimed the Latvian under-23 road race crown. After another pair of national championship silver medals in 2025, Siltumēna joined KDM-Pack Cycling Team for 2026 and won the Latvian elite road race championship, while also finishing second in the time-trial.
