Ma Petite Entreprise – Équipe Cycliste has announced its second rider for the 2026 season with the signing of young French talent Margot Marasco. The 20-year-old joins the new project after three seasons in the junior and under-23 development structure of AG Insurance–Soudal.
Marasco, from Yutz in Moselle, has shown consistent progress through the youth ranks, finishing in the top ten at both the French under-23 road race and time trial championships this year. Her 2025 campaign also included seventh place on stage 3 of the Tour de l’Ardèche and a solid performance at the Festival Elsy Jacobs in Luxembourg.
The signing represents another step forward for the fledgling French ProTeam project, which aims to debut in 2026 under the guidance of Vincent Lavenu. Marasco joins fellow French rider Océane Mahé as part of the team’s initial line-up.
Speaking about her move, Marasco said she was drawn to the project’s national focus and entrepreneurial roots. “The presence of Vincent Lavenu reassured me, and I particularly like the very ‘French’ side of the project. Finally, putting entrepreneurship in the spotlight speaks volumes to me – between my dad and my boyfriend’s family, I live in that world every day.”
Cycling runs deep in Marasco’s background. Her father runs Seb’Moto in Yutz, and her early years were spent between the family workshop and the local mountain bike trails before she turned her focus to the road. Alongside her growing career, she remains passionate about cooking, reading and flowers – interests she hopes to pursue after cycling.
Marasco’s arrival continues Ma Petite Entreprise’s goal of building a fully French core as it works towards securing UCI ProTeam status for 2026. With its business-driven funding model supported by a network of small and medium-sized companies, the team aims to combine sporting development with the values of entrepreneurship, teamwork and innovation.
