Team Avesnois have confirmed the signing of Marie Morgane Le Deunff for the 2026 season, adding a rider who already knows the top level and who has a long-standing affinity with racing in northern France. After five consecutive seasons in the professional peloton with Arkéa and later Winspace Orange Seal, the 22-year-old has chosen to reset her career with a project that places trust and responsibility at its core.
Le Deunff arrives with valuable experience from two editions of the Tour de France Femmes and multiple campaigns across Europe, and Team Avesnois have made clear that her role will be central within their ambitions. The Breton rider has always performed well on the roads of the Hauts-de-France, and the team expect that familiarity to translate naturally into leadership and results.

Her past performances in the region are strong. She finished second at A Travers les Hauts de France in 2022, stood on the podium at the GP Choralis Fourmies and has repeatedly placed inside the top ten at the GP d’Isbergues Féminin. She has also taken on the pavé of Paris-Roubaix Féminin several times, gaining the kind of resilience that teams value in northern specialists. These consistent results underline her strength across demanding one-day races and her comfort on the cobbles and windswept roads typical of the region.
Across her professional seasons, she has shown steady progression. After joining Arkéa-B&B Hotels in 2021, she immediately made an impact with second places at Sud Yvelines and the Classic de Vienne Nouvelle-Aquitaine, before winning the latter the following year. In 2024 she climbed to second in the mountains classification at the Tour du Portugal, showing her ability to adapt beyond the flat and rolling terrain she grew up racing on. Her move to Winspace Orange Seal in 2025 gave her further exposure to bigger calendars, although the partnership ended at the close of the season.

Rather than searching for another WorldTour or ProTeam opportunity, Le Deunff made the deliberate decision to step back into the amateur ranks with a squad that believes fully in her capabilities. For Team Avesnois, her arrival is much more than a transfer; it is the return of a rider who fits the identity of the region and the team. They have openly described her as a key addition for 2026, expecting her experience, tactical maturity and northern toughness to lift the group.
At just 22, Le Deunff still has significant room to grow, and the renewed environment may be exactly what she needs. What is certain is that Team Avesnois have added a rider with proven quality, notable consistency and a genuine connection to the terrain on which the team most wants to shine.
