FDJ-Suez has confirmed the signing of rising French talent Eglantine Rayer for the next two seasons, bringing her into their squad until 2026. The 20-year-old, who recently took a stage victory at the 2024 Tour de l’Avenir Femmes, has already made waves in French cycling circles with her early accomplishments and determination.
Rayer, a climber-puncheur, played a pivotal role in helping Juliette Labous secure her national road race title at the 2024 French Road Championships, held in Rayer’s home region of Normandy. Her contribution to the win has only further cemented her status as one of the most promising young cyclists in the country.
With several national titles to her name in both time trials and road races across the youth categories, as well as being crowned European junior time trial champion in 2022, Rayer has shown significant improvement across all types of terrain.
