Josie Talbot is an Australian professional cyclist who races for Liv AlUla Jayco. Career overview
Talbot combined road and track racing early in her career, becoming junior team pursuit world champion in 2014 before increasingly focusing on the road. She won the Oceania road race championship in 2022 and joined Cofidis the following season. Her breakthrough European campaign came in 2024, when she won La Périgord Ladies and a stage of the Tour Féminin International des Pyrénées. Talbot stepped up to WorldTour level with Liv AlUla Jayco in 2025 and delivered her first Women’s WorldTour victory with a stage win at the Tour of Chongming Island. She continued to produce strong results in 2026, including third in the Australian national time-trial championship and second at La Picto-Charentaise.
