Pro-Noctis Rotor Redchilli Bikes Heidi Kjeldsen confirm 2022 line-up

Jo Tindley

The 2021 season was a great inaugural campaign for Pro-Noctis Rotor Redchilli Bikes Heidi Kjeldsen. The Lincoln-based team had the British national championships on the doorstep last year. We saw the great story of Jo Tindley who became National Circuit Champion for the team. A local rider, at one point she had been a barmaid in the pub next to the finish line. Tindley has been a staple of the domestic scene over the last decade, winning the 2019 National Circuit Series and being a regular podium finisher in the Tour Series.

Pro-Noctis Rotor Redchilli Bikes Heidi Kjeldsen has gone into 2022 with 8 riders. Retained from 2021 are Amy Gornall, Corinne Side, Jo Tindley, Millie Skinner and Poppy Thompson. With the bulk of the team already used to riding with each other, that should be encouraging for results this year. Bexy Dew has joined from Saint Piran, Isabell Darvill joins from Team Boompods and Lucy Ellmore from Crimson Orientation Marketing. Samantha Fawcett, Charlotte Berry and Jenny Powell have left the team for new opportunities.

Expect to see the team during the Tour Series and National Road Series. Despite their success, because they’re not a UCI level team they won’t be able to compete in the Women’s Tour or RideLondon Classique. Every other British race of note though should see Pro-Noctis Rotor Redchilli Bikes Heidi Kjeldsen lineup at the start. Obviously, with Jo Tindley, you’d expect them to get their best results in the circuit and town centre races that will make up the summer calendar. A full Tour Series calendar will also really suit them. They didn’t take place at all in 2020 and only 3 races were in the Tour Series in 2021.
