Jasmin Duehring (Retired)
Jasmin Duehring is a retired Canadian cyclist who competed successfully on both the road and track. Born in Germany as Jasmin Glaesser, she became one of Canada’s leading endurance track riders, winning Olympic bronze medals in the team pursuit at both London 2012 and Rio 2016. Duehring also built a strong road career, combining time-trial ability with stage-racing strength and recording victories at the Pan American Games and Tour of the Gila.

Career overview
Duehring became a central figure in Canada’s successful women’s team pursuit programme, taking Olympic bronze in 2012 and 2016 as well as World Championship medals and Pan American titles. On the road, she developed into a strong time-trialist and stage racer with Team TIBCO, Optum, Rally Cycling and Sho-Air TWENTY20. She won the Pan American Games road race in 2015, took silver in the time-trial and claimed a stage of the Tour of the Gila in 2016. Duehring also finished third overall at the Tour of the Gila twice and achieved several podium finishes in Canadian and North American races. After stepping away from the professional road peloton, she continued competing selectively before retiring from elite racing.
