Ma Petite Entreprise adds Clémence Latimier and Léa Stern to growing 2026 line-up

Clemence Latimier

The new French project Ma Petite Entreprise – Équipe Cycliste has confirmed two further signings for its debut 2026 roster, welcoming French rider Clémence Latimier and Swiss rider Léa Stern. Both arrivals continue the team’s drive to combine developing talent with its distinctive, entrepreneur-backed ethos.

Clémence Latimier: a fast learner with fighting spirit

Just four years ago, Clémence Latimier was riding a basic mountain bike with flat pedals and no family background in cycling. Her bold, attacking style quickly caught the eye at UC Voironnais and later at Chambéry Cyclisme Compétition, where coach Ludovic Turpin helped her realise her potential.

After a 2024 stagiaire spell, she stepped up to the professional ranks with Arkéa – B&B Hotels in 2025 and impressed at the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, earning the combativity award on stage 3 after spending much of the day in the breakaway. The recognition marked her as one of France’s most promising young riders.

Now 21, Latimier will continue to balance her racing career with her physiotherapy studies. “After moments that helped me grow at CCC, coming back to Chambéry, where MPE’s race service is based, felt natural,” she said. “After talking with the team, I felt that this project reflected who I am as a person. For me, the human side has to be at the heart of every decision.”

Léa Stern: from complete beginner to race winner

Swiss rider Léa Stern has also joined Ma Petite Entreprise for 2026, completing a remarkable rise from novice to professional in just a few seasons. Having only taken up competitive cycling in 2022, she was soon scouted by Roland Cogeas Edelweiss Squad and thrown straight into the WorldTour, making her debut at Strade Bianche Donne.

A serious crash at the Tour de Suisse in 2023 halted her progress, but she returned to form the following season with a podium at the Swiss U23 time trial championships. In 2025, Stern claimed the overall victory at the Tour de Charente-Maritime with KDM – Pack Cycling Team, confirming her potential.

“The collective strength of Ma Petite Entreprise spoke to me,” Stern said. “Thousands of small companies coming together to support us is innovative and gives the team solid foundations. It brings back the human and popular spirit of cycling. That feels like the future of the sport.”

Continuing to build towards 2026

The double signing adds further momentum to Ma Petite Entreprise’s preparations to apply for UCI ProTeam status under the guidance of Vincent Lavenu. With national U23 champion Océane Mahé and Margot Marasco already confirmed, the additions of Latimier and Stern highlight the team’s commitment to developing the next generation of French and Swiss talent in an ambitious, human-centred environment.
