Swedish road race champion Clara Lundmark will join Mayenne Monbana My Pie for the 2027 season, stepping up to the French ProTeam after a strong year with Minimax Cycling Team.
The 27-year-old arrives with the Swedish champion’s jersey after winning the national road race title in June, the biggest result of a 2026 season in which she also became a regular presence around the top 10 in Belgian and Dutch one-day races.

Lundmark earns ProTeam move after breakthrough season
Lundmark has spent 2026 with Minimax Cycling Team, having returned to UCI-level racing after a season with Dutch club WV Schijndel. The move proved productive almost immediately, with the Swede putting together the most consistent campaign of her career.
Her national title came after several years of near misses. Lundmark had finished second in the Swedish road race championship in 2023 and third in both 2024 and 2025 before finally taking the elite jersey this summer. She also previously won national titles at under-23 level.
The broader 2026 results are just as relevant to Mayenne. Lundmark finished seventh at the Scheldeprijs Women, fifth at GP Schellebelle, ninth at the Antwerp Port Epic Ladies and tenth at Veenendaal-Veenendaal. Those results came in races where positioning, handling and the ability to survive repeated accelerations matter as much as pure finishing speed.
She also finished ninth at the Argenta Classic in July and continued to collect results through the second half of the year. At the Antwerp Port Epic, Lundmark was the first rider outside the dominant SD Worx-Protime group, finishing ninth in a race where the Dutch squad filled the podium. That performance is covered in our Antwerp Port Epic Ladies report.
A different type of option for Mayenne
Mayenne Monbana My Pie have spent 2026 establishing themselves at ProTeam level and the signing of Lundmark adds another rider capable of taking responsibility in flatter one-day races. She is not a pure bunch sprinter, but her strongest results have repeatedly come from selective races where a reduced group reaches the finish.
That should give the team another card for the northern Classics and the broad run of 1.1 and ProSeries races that make up a large part of its calendar. Lundmark has already shown she can handle that style of racing, while the Swedish champion’s jersey will also give Mayenne a highly visible presence in 2027.
The move also represents another step forward for Lundmark after a career that has included spells with GT Krush, Hess Cycling Team and Minimax. Her route to ProTeam level has not been linear, but 2026 has provided the results needed to turn a strong domestic and Continental record into a place on a bigger programme.
For Mayenne Monbana My Pie, Lundmark joins a developing 2027 roster that is already being strengthened for the team’s second season at ProTeam level. For Lundmark, it is the opportunity to take the Swedish champion’s jersey into a wider international calendar and test the form she showed throughout 2026 against stronger fields more regularly.
