Career overview
Van Twisk came through the British racing scene before stepping into the professional ranks with Drops Cycling Team, later continuing with Trek-Drops and Trek-Segafredo Women. She represented England at the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast, racing the women’s road race on the Currumbin Beachfront course. Her professional career gave her experience across major European one-day races and stage races, including the period when Trek-Segafredo built one of the strongest women’s squads in the peloton. Van Twisk put her racing career on hold in 2020 for maternity leave and later moved away from professional cycling.
