Career overview
Cure was one of Australia’s leading endurance track riders, winning world titles in the points race, team pursuit and other major championship events during a long international career. She also won Commonwealth Games gold in the team pursuit and scratch race at Gold Coast 2018, after taking silver and bronze medals at Glasgow 2014. On the road, Cure raced for Lotto Belisol Ladies, Lotto Soudal Ladies and Wiggle High5, with results including the 2013 Czech Tour overall title and stage victories in European races. She retired from international cycling in 2020 after a career that also included Olympic appearances and multiple junior world titles.
