Career overview
Henderson has become one of Britain’s strongest modern time-trial riders, winning elite national time-trial titles in 2021 and 2024 before taking Olympic silver in the discipline at Paris 2024. She developed with Team Sunweb and then Jumbo-Visma, later Team Visma | Lease a Bike, where she became a reliable stage-race and Classics rider. Her move to Lidl-Trek in 2025 brought an immediate step forward, including her first Women’s WorldTour victory on stage 2 of the Giro d’Italia Women. Henderson has also taken European Championship silver in the time-trial and remains a key British championship contender and international time-trial specialist.
