Anouska Koster extends with Uno-X until 2026

Anouska Koster

Anouska Koster’s happy links with the Uno-X team, evident from their successful collaboration in the previous season, have led to an early extension of her contract until the end of 2026. Koster, who initially joined Uno-X after her stint with Jumbo-Visma, has found a comfortable niche in the Scandinavian environment, praising both the team’s atmosphere and the quality of support she receives.

During her first season with Uno-X, Koster achieved notable results, including a sixth-place finish in Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, third in Festival Elsy Jacobs, and third in the fourth stage of the Tour de France. She also had the honour of wearing the polka dot jersey for a day in the same Tour. Her affinity for the team and its ethos was a significant factor in her decision to extend her stay.

Reflecting on her time with Uno-X, Koster expressed immense satisfaction with the team dynamics, emphasising the mutual support and strong collaboration within the team. She highlighted the trust and confidence both parties share, looking forward to making further progress together in the future.

Koster’s professional cycling journey began over a decade ago in 2012 with Dolmans-Boels Cycling Team (before they became Boels-Dolmans). Now, at 30, she continues her career with Uno-X, having previously won the Tour Cycliste Féminin International de l’Ardèche and the Lotto Belgium Tour, and finishing fourth in the mountain classification of the 2023 Tour de France Femmes. Her contract, initially set to expire in 2024, has been extended by two years under the direction of Alexandra Greenfield, marking a new chapter in her flourishing career.
