Career overview
Louw came through the Australian scene with ARA Pro Racing Sunshine Coast before stepping into Europe with AG Insurance-NXTG in 2022. She quickly became part of the team’s development pathway and later its WorldTour project, extending her contract with AG Insurance-Soudal through 2026. Her strengths sit around time-trialling, climbing and team work, with results including 7th in the 2022 Oceania road race, 7th at the 2022 Grand Prix de Wallonie, 4th in the 2024 Australian national time-trial championship, 3rd in the 2025 edition and 6th in 2026.
