Career overview
Malcotti developed through the Italian road scene with Valcar before moving to Human Powered Health, where she became one of the team’s stronger climbing and general classification options. As a junior, she finished 4th in the road race at the 2018 UCI Road World Championships, then won the young rider classification at Setmana Ciclista Valenciana in 2019. Her first UCI victory came on stage 6 of the 2023 Tour Cycliste Féminin International de l’Ardèche, where she also finished 7th overall. Malcotti continued to progress in stage races, finishing 6th overall at the 2025 UAE Tour Women and taking top-10 stage results at the Giro d’Italia Women.
