Cofidis has taken the wraps off their striking new kit for the 2025 season, unveiling a bold patchwork design in red, purple, and yellow. It marks a departure from their previous, more understated red-and-white look. The new outfit, crafted by Basque brand Etxeondo, will be paired with black shorts, completing the fresh aesthetic for the French team.

Spanish riders Ion Izagirre and Jesús Herrada showcased the design in promotional images released by Cofidis, which have sparked positive reactions across social media. Speaking about the change, Cofidis expressed their excitement for the refreshed look and their ambitions for the coming season.

The launch also coincides with Cofidis’ announcement of a four-year deal with Italian component manufacturer Campagnolo. This partnership sees Cofidis as the sole men’s WorldTour team to ride with Campagnolo components, a significant shift as they continue to use Look bikes. The updated equipment will play a key role in the team’s fight to retain their WorldTour status, as the battle for points intensifies.

The French team have made several high-profile rider changes during the off-season, with Guillaume Martin moving to Groupama-FDJ. However, Cofidis have bolstered their ranks by signing Alex Aranburu, Emanuel Buchmann, Simon Carr, and Dylan Teuns in a bid to strengthen their 2025 roster.

This reveal is one of several kit updates spotted recently, with the new Ineos Grenadiers design seen in Spain and Movistar’s white jersey seen around. With many teams now releasing new designs annually, partly driven by sponsor changes, these updates have become a regular feature in the cycling calendar.

Cofidis will hope their eye-catching new look translates into strong performances as they gear up for the challenges ahead.
