Career overview
Demay built a long French career across road and track, with her strongest road results coming in stage races and time-trials. She won Rás na mBan overall in 2018, including stage 4, before adding La Périgord Ladies in 2019. Her later results included 2nd at La Classique Morbihan in 2022, 5th overall at the Tour Féminin International des Pyrénées, 7th overall at the Tour Cycliste Féminin International de l’Ardèche and a stage win at the same race. Demay also finished 2nd overall at the 2023 Bretagne Ladies Tour and was a regular French national time-trial contender before retiring from professional road racing in 2026.
