Career overview
Vigilia developed through the Italian road scene as a strong time-triallist and durable rouleur, racing for Valcar PBM, Cronos-Casa Dorada, Women Cycling Sport and Top Girls Fassa Bortolo before stepping up with FDJ-Suez. Her best results include victory in the 2023 Trofeo Ponente in Rosa prologue and the 2023 Chrono Gatineau, plus repeated top-10 finishes in Italian national time-trial championships. She moved to Uno-X Mobility for 2026 and immediately showed her attacking instincts at the Women’s Tour Down Under, where she rode solo for almost 100km on stage 1 and was caught only in the final few hundred metres.
