Career overview

Braam turned professional with Lotto Soudal Ladies in 2019 after racing as an amateur with RC Jan van Arckel, where she had won the KNWU Clubcompetitie in 2018. Her best season came in 2022 after moving into the Chevalmeire structure, winning GP Mazda Schelkens and adding 4th at Veenendaal-Veenendaal Classic, 5th at Flanders Diamond Tour and 5th at Grote Prijs Beerens. She continued to build a reputation as a tactically sharp rider in Belgian and Dutch one-day races, finishing 3rd at the 2023 Egmont Cycling Race. Braam joined Hess Cycling Team for 2025 and retired when that squad folded later that year.
