Career overview
Pirrone was one of the standout junior riders of 2017, winning both the junior road race and junior time-trial world titles in Bergen, as well as the junior European time-trial title. She stepped into the elite ranks with Astana Women’s Team before racing for Valcar-Travel & Service and the Roland structure. Her early under-23 and elite results included overall victory at the 2018 Giro della Campania in Rosa, 3rd in the 2021 European under-23 time-trial and 7th at Tre Valli Varesine in 2022. Pirrone added Grand Prix Stuttgart & Region in 2023 and remained an experienced Italian all-rounder, joining Team Mendelspeck E-Work for the 2026 season.
