Enric Mas is a Spanish stage-race specialist and Grand Tour contender from Artà, Mallorca. After years of consistency at the Vuelta a España, including three runner-up finishes and a third place, he converted that record into overall victory in 2026 to claim the first Grand Tour win of his career.

Career overview

Mas turned professional with Klein Constantia in 2016 before joining Quick-Step and establishing himself as one of Spain’s leading Grand Tour riders. He finished second at the Vuelta a España in 2018, 2021 and 2022, added third in 2024 and also won the 2019 Tour of Guangxi and 2022 Giro dell’Emilia. He moved to Movistar Team in 2020 and became the squad’s principal stage-race leader. After an injury-disrupted 2025 season, Mas returned to the front of Grand Tour racing in 2026 and won the Vuelta a España, his first overall victory in a three-week race and the first Spanish Vuelta win since 2014.
