Career overview

Venturelli emerged as one of Italy’s standout young riders across road, track and cyclocross, winning junior world titles in both the road time-trial and team pursuit in 2023. She then developed with UAE Development Team, winning two stages and finishing 2nd overall at the 2024 Giro Mediterraneo in Rosa. Her under-23 results include the 2025 European and World Championship time-trial titles, plus major track success in the individual pursuit and team pursuit. Venturelli stepped up to UAE Team ADQ in 2026 and made an immediate impact, winning the Clásica de Almería on her elite professional debut before adding Dwars door de Westhoek later that season.
