Leonie Bentveld
Leonie Bentveld is a Dutch professional cyclist who races on the road for AG Insurance Soudal Devo Team while also competing at the highest level in cyclocross. One of the leading young Dutch cyclocross riders, she has won European and World under-23 titles as well as multiple national championships. Bentveld combines technical ability with strong endurance and has increasingly built a road programme alongside her winter racing.

Career overview
Bentveld emerged as one of the Netherlands’ strongest junior cyclocross talents, winning the junior World Cup overall before moving rapidly through the under-23 ranks. She became Dutch under-23 champion in successive seasons and won the European under-23 title in 2025. Her biggest achievement followed at the 2026 World Championships in Hulst, where she became under-23 world champion after also winning the season-long under-23 World Cup. Bentveld has developed her road career alongside cyclocross, racing at WorldTour level with AG Insurance-Soudal in 2024 before moving into the team’s development structure. Her 2026 road programme included the Baloise Ladies Tour, Antwerp Port Epic and Dwars door het Hageland.
