Maria Giulia Confalonieri (Retired)

Maria Giulia Confalonieri is a retired Italian cyclist who enjoyed a long career across both road and track racing. A strong sprinter and Classics rider, she became a regular presence in major one-day races and finished third at Gent-Wevelgem in 2022 and sixth at Paris-Roubaix Femmes in 2025. Confalonieri was also a highly successful track rider, winning two European points race titles and a World Championship bronze medal in the Madison.
