Tour of Scandinavia 2023 Race Preview

The Tour of Scandinavia was born out of the Ladies Tour of Norway that ran from 2014-2021, the idea was created to make the race a wider Scandinavian one. Initially called the Battle of the North, in the wake of the war in Ukraine it was renamed to the Tour of Scandinavia.
