The Tour de Pologne Women has confirmed a strong 19-team field for its 2026 edition, with seven Women’s WorldTour teams set to line up when the race takes place from 24th-26th July.

ToggleThe race, reactivated in 2024, will be held for the fourth time this season and has now been promoted to UCI ProSeries level. That step up reflects the speed with which the event has developed, giving Poland a stronger place on the international women’s calendar and bringing a high-quality field to the roads of the Lublin Voivodeship.

Seven WorldTour teams confirmed for Polish stage race
The headline figure is the presence of seven Women’s WorldTour teams. UAE Team ADQ, Human Powered Health, Canyon//SRAM, Lidl-Trek, Team SD Worx-Protime, Liv-AlUla-Jayco and Team Picnic PostNL are all listed for the race, giving the Tour de Pologne Women a clear top-tier core.
That is important for a race still building its modern identity. Women’s stage races below Women’s WorldTour level often need a strong team list to raise their profile quickly, and this edition has attracted several of the most recognisable squads in the peloton. The organisers say five teams from the top 10 of the UCI ranking will be present, including UAE Team ADQ, whose roster includes Polish rider Dominika Wlodarczyk.
Wlodarczyk’s presence would give the race a natural home storyline. She has become one of the key Polish names in the international women’s peloton and gives UAE Team ADQ a rider who can connect the race’s global ambitions with its domestic audience.
Polish representation adds local weight
The team list also includes the Polish national team and MAT ATOM Deweloper Wrocław, the only Polish squad racing with a UCI Continental licence. Their presence gives the race an important domestic dimension alongside the WorldTour field.
For the Polish national team, the race offers a rare opportunity to compete against elite trade teams on home roads. For MAT ATOM Deweloper Wrocław, it is a valuable chance to test its riders against WorldTour and ProTeam opposition while also carrying the colours of the Polish domestic scene into one of the country’s most visible women’s races.
That balance is important. The Tour de Pologne Women is not only a showcase for international teams. It also provides a platform for Polish riders and structures to measure themselves against the sport’s highest level.

ProTeams and Continental squads broaden the field
Beyond the WorldTour teams, the race will include two UCI Women’s ProTeams: VolkerWessels Cycling Team and Lotto Intermarché Ladies. Both add depth to the start list and should help shape the race beyond a simple WorldTour-controlled contest.
The field will also feature eight Continental teams, including Aromitalia Vaiano, Citymesh-Customm Pro Cycling Team, Top Girls Fassa Bortolo, Handsling Alba Development Road Team, Wheel Divas Cycling Team, Team Mendelspeck E-Work and Nexetis.
That variety should give the race a useful competitive mix. The WorldTour teams will bring the strongest overall squads, but the ProTeams and Continental teams are often the ones most willing to animate the race early, chase breakaways and take tactical risks against better-resourced opposition.
A race growing quickly since its return
The Tour de Pologne Women was reactivated in 2024 and has quickly become one of the more important women’s races in central and eastern Europe. Its promotion to UCI ProSeries level is a notable step, placing it just below the Women’s WorldTour and giving the event added sporting weight.
The ProSeries status should also help the race attract better teams, stronger riders and more attention from broadcasters and international audiences. For a women’s calendar that still needs more stable stage races outside the traditional western European strongholds, the growth of the Tour de Pologne Women is a positive development.
That momentum was already visible in 2025, when the race produced a strong three-day contest in the Lubelskie and Roztocze regions. Chiara Consonni won the opening stage in Zamość, Linda Zanetti took stage 2 in Chełm, and Consonni then sealed the overall title with another sprint win on the final day in Kraśnik.
This year’s edition will be shown on TVP channels and HBO Max, giving it important domestic coverage as well as wider international visibility. ORLEN remains the main sponsor of the race.
