Career overview
Włodarczyk emerged from the Polish scene as a versatile road and cyclocross rider, winning national cyclocross titles before stepping up on the road with the Atom Deweloper structure. She won the Watersley Women’s Challenge in 2022 and 2023, added stage-race results at Gracia-Orlová, Tour de Feminin and Princess Anna Vasa Tour, and joined UAE Team ADQ in 2024. Her breakthrough WorldTour season included 2nd at Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race, 5th overall at the Tour Down Under and the Polish road race title. Włodarczyk then finished 4th overall at the 2025 Tour de France Femmes and claimed her first Women’s WorldTour stage win at Itzulia Women in 2026.
