The Arkea-B&B Hotels team has confirmed that its two title sponsors will not renew their partnerships beyond the end of the 2025 season. Crédit Mutuel Arkéa and B&B Hotels will conclude their contracts on 31 December 2025, bringing to an end a significant chapter in the team’s development. The announcement had been expected, with the team mentioning they have been looking for 2026 sponsors earlier on this season.

Team manager Emmanuel Hubert and his staff are already actively pursuing new partnerships to secure the future of the squad. “In a challenging financial climate for cycling, we remain determined and committed,” Hubert explained. “Our riders, staff, and everyone involved in the team will continue to work hard this season so that the colours of Arkea-B&B Hotels shine as brightly as possible.”

Kevin Vauquelin has taken the most wins for the men’s team this season, with 5 wins across the Pays de la Loire Tour and Étoile de Bessèges. Valentina Cavallar and Lotte Claes have one UCI win each on the women’s side, with Claes’ coming in a notable edition of Omloop het Nieuwsblad this year.

Longstanding and valued partnerships

Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, originally supporting the team under the Fortuneo banner before taking the current title, has been with the team for nearly a decade. This level of loyalty is increasingly rare in modern professional cycling. B&B Hotels came on board two years ago and played a decisive role in helping the team move up a level competitively.

Both sponsors have been instrumental to the team’s progress, allowing them to reach new milestones and gain recognition across France and further afield. “We owe a great deal to Arkéa and B&B Hotels,” Hubert said. “With them, we have written some wonderful chapters together. Thanks to their support, we’ve delivered big performances that have inspired our Breton fans and cycling supporters across the country and beyond. The Tour de Suisse was just one recent example of what we can achieve.”

Although the news of their departure will be felt across the organisation, Hubert is optimistic. “I know nothing is ever certain in this sport, but I believe in our project,” he continued. “My aim is to ensure the future of the team. I will work tirelessly to find new partners who align with our values and ambitions, allowing us to keep striving for success at the highest level.”
