Anastasiia Chursina, Russian of the Alé BTC Ljubljana team, today celebrated her second victory of the season. Competing with the jersey of her national team, she won the Kahramanmaraş Grand Prix Road Race WE, a race of the UCI international calendar of class 1.2 that took place in Turkey.
Chursina preceded on the podium the two Ukrainian nationals Olena Sharga and Olga Shekel. The Russian athlete this year had already won, always solo, a beautiful stage at the Vuelta a Burgos Feminas in May. A success that extends the excellent moment that the team directed by team manager Fortunato Lacquaniti and president Alessia Piccolo is living.

Today’s stage was decided by an escape of four riders with the victory of the Dutch Marianne Vos (Jumbo Visma) over Brand, Luppert and Chabbey. The group arrived at the finish line with a delay of 3’18” and Bastianelli closed fourth in the sprint.
