Career overview
Edmondson built a standout career across road and track, winning Olympic omnium bronze at London 2012 and representing Australia again at Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020. On the track, she became world champion in the omnium and team pursuit in 2015, then added another team pursuit world title in 2019. Her road career included overall victory at the 2013 Tour of Chongming Island and a team time-trial bronze medal at the 2013 World Championships with Orica-AIS. She also raced for Wiggle-Honda and Wiggle High5, combining road commitments with elite track success before retiring from competition in December 2021.
