Career overview
Holmgren is one of Canada’s strongest multi-discipline talents, racing across road, cyclocross and mountain bike. She won junior Pan-American cyclocross titles in 2021 and 2022, took silver at the 2023 junior Cyclocross World Championships and later became Canadian under-23 mountain bike champion. On the road, she joined Lidl-Trek with twin sister Isabella Holmgren for 2024, stepping into the Women’s WorldTour while continuing off-road development. Her results include 2nd on a stage of the 2024 Tour de Normandie Féminin, the Canadian under-23 time-trial title in 2025 and 10th in the under-23 time-trial at the 2025 Road World Championships. Holmgren extended with Lidl-Trek through 2028.
