Ivanchenko emerged as one of the strongest junior talents of her generation, winning the junior world time-trial title in 2021 before moving into the Women’s WorldTour with UAE Team ADQ in 2022. On the road, her development has centred on climbing, stage-race depth and time-trial ability, with notable results including the Tour Cycliste Féminin International de l’Ardèche young rider classification and a top-25 overall finish at La Vuelta Femenina.
