Career overview
Towers made one of the sharpest British breakthroughs of recent years by winning the elite national road race title in 2022 while racing for Le Col-Wahoo. That victory helped launch her move to Canyon SRAM, where she gained major Women’s WorldTour experience across the Classics, stage races and the Tour de France Femmes. Her results since then have underlined her all-round potential, including 10th overall at the 2022 Lotto Belgium Tour, 10th at the 2025 Women’s Tour Down Under, 3rd at Durango-Durango Emakumeen Saria in 2026 and 13th overall at the 2026 Vuelta a Burgos Feminas. She joined EF Education-Oatly for 2026.
