Career overview
Gasparrini emerged as one of Italy’s strongest young all-rounders, winning the junior European road race title in 2020 after taking Italian junior road race and time-trial titles in 2019. She turned professional with Valcar-Travel & Service and quickly showed her one-day ability, finishing 3rd at Ronde van Drenthe and Drentse Acht van Westerveld in 2021 before winning the 2022 MerXem Classic. After joining UAE Team ADQ in 2023, she won a stage of the Tour de Suisse Women, then added the 2024 Women’s Cycling Grand Prix Stuttgart & Region, La Classique Morbihan and Trofeo Binissalem-Andratx. Gasparrini continued with UAE Team ADQ into 2026 and has extended with the squad through 2028.
