Emilia Fahlin to join Arkea-B&B Hotels for 2024 season

Swedish champion Emilia Fahlin has announced her commitment to ride for the Arkea-B&B Hotels team for the 2024 season. Fahlin expressed her excitement about this new chapter in her career, viewing it as a fresh challenge and the perfect timing to join a team that aims to grow and strengthen in the near future. She looks forward to contributing to this evolving project and taking on a mentor-like role for the younger riders in the team.

Besides guiding the new talents, Fahlin also aims to play her cards right in races to achieve good results. Her philosophy centres on enjoying the race, with specific objectives for the upcoming season including ensuring the team’s selection for the third edition of the Tour de France Femmes with Zwift. Fahlin, who has yet to compete in this event, is also keen on participating in the Paris 2024 Olympics with the Swedish national team.

Emmanuel Hubert, the General Manager, lauded Fahlin as a well-known and respected figure in the women’s international peloton. Her impressive track record includes seven Swedish national titles in road racing and time trialling. Fahlin, currently ranked 128th in the UCI Women’s standings, also achieved a notable fourth place at the 2018 World Championships in Innsbruck. In her role at Arkea-B&B Hotels in 2024,
