Fahlin expressed her excitement about this new chapter in her career, viewing it as a fresh challenge and the perfect timing to join a team that aims to grow and strengthen in the near future. She looks forward to contributing to this evolving project and taking on a mentor-like role for the younger riders in the team.

Her philosophy centres on enjoying the race, with specific objectives for the upcoming season including ensuring the team’s selection for the third edition of the Tour de France Femmes with Zwift. Her impressive track record includes seven Swedish national titles in road racing and time trialling. Fahlin, currently ranked 128th in the UCI Women’s standings, also achieved a notable fourth place at the 2018 World Championships in Innsbruck. In her role at Arkea-B&B Hotels in 2024,
Fahlin will not only lead the team but also share her extensive experience with younger teammates.
