Delbaere built her career across Belgian and northern European road racing, developing through Sport Vlaanderen-Guill D’or before spells with Health Mate-Cyclelive, Multum Accountants Ladies Cycling Team, Roland Cogeas Edelweiss and Team Komugi-Grand Est. Her best results included 2nd at Flanders Ladies Classic in 2018, 3rd in the Belgian junior road race championship in 2013, and appearances in major races such as Gent-Wevelgem, Nokere Koerse, Classic Brugge-De Panne, Le Samyn des Dames and the Tour de France Femmes. After repeated injury setbacks, including a broken ankle in 2024, Delbaere retired mid-season and moved into a sports director role with AG Insurance-Soudal.
