Career overview
Masetti moved into the elite ranks with Top Girls Fassa Bortolo before joining the AG Insurance project in 2022, developing from the NXTG set-up into the team’s WorldTour squad. A punchy all-rounder with a strong finish from reduced groups, she finished 3rd at Dwars door de Westhoek in 2022 and 10th at Dwars door het Hageland the same season. Her breakthrough came in 2023 with a solo victory at La Classique Morbihan, alongside 4th in the under-23 European road race and 5th overall at the Watersley Women’s Challenge. Masetti continued with AG Insurance-Soudal through 2025 before joining Team Picnic PostNL for the 2026 season.
