Career overview
Howe came to professional cycling after an international rowing career and studies at Princeton University, turning to the bike during the Covid lockdown period in Melbourne. She rose quickly, winning the Oceania time-trial title in 2022 and finishing 4th overall at the Baloise Ladies Tour the same season. Howe joined the GreenEDGE structure in 2023, racing for Team Jayco AlUla and then Liv AlUla Jayco, and stepped straight into major races including La Vuelta Femenina and the Tour de France Femmes. Her strongest results included 2nd in the 2023 Australian national time-trial, 3rd in the 2024 national time-trial and 10th in the 2023 World Championship time-trial.
