Jaime Gunning (Retired)
Jaime Gunning is a retired Australian cyclist who emerged as a strong stage racer through the Australian domestic scene. Particularly effective on climbing terrain, she produced several notable results against international competition at the Tour Down Under and Herald Sun Tour, including second overall at the latter in 2020. Gunning raced domestically for Specialized Women’s Racing before stepping away from competitive cycling.

Career overview
Gunning developed through the Australian racing scene and established herself as a promising stage racer while competing for Specialized Women’s Racing. She finished sixth overall at the 2019 Women’s Tour Down Under and also placed tenth at the Herald Sun Tour that season. Her strongest professional-level performance came at the 2020 Herald Sun Tour, where she finished second overall after placing fourth on the decisive stage. Gunning also recorded eighth-place finishes in the Australian national road race championships in both 2019 and 2020.
