Laura Lizette Sander

Laura Lizette Sander is an Estonian professional cyclist who races for Hitec Products – Fluid Control. A strong time-trialist with growing ability in one-day races, she has become one of Estonia’s leading young road riders after progressing through development teams in Denmark and Belgium. Sander is a multiple Estonian national champion against the clock and has also won the national road race title twice, while steadily building experience across the European professional calendar.

Career overview

Sander developed with Team Rytger before joining the AG Insurance development structure, where she emerged as one of Estonia’s strongest young riders. She won both the elite national road race and time-trial titles in 2023 and repeated the double in 2024, a season that also included third at the Ladies Tour of Estonia and top-10 finishes at GP Schellebelle and Drentse Acht van Westerveld. After spells with Hess Cycling Team and Team Coop-Repsol in 2025, Sander joined Hitec Products – Fluid Control for 2026. She retained her Estonian time-trial title for a fourth consecutive year and finished second in the road race, alongside fifth at the Midwest Cycling Classic and ninth at Ronde de Mouscron.
