Lily Williams is an American professional cyclist who races for Human Powered Health and combines road racing with an elite track endurance career. A powerful rouleur with a strong finishing kick, she has become increasingly competitive in the Women’s WorldTour while also achieving major success on the velodrome. Williams became Olympic team pursuit champion at Paris 2024 and is also a world champion in the discipline, while her road results include victory at the Winston-Salem Cycling Classic and major stage podiums at the Giro d’Italia Women and Tour de Suisse Women.

Career overview
Williams came to cycling after competing as a runner and began racing seriously in 2017, winning a stage of the Joe Martin Stage Race during her first season. She turned professional with Hagens Berman-Supermint before joining Rally Cycling, remaining with the organisation as it became Human Powered Health. Alongside her road career, Williams developed into one of the United States’ leading track endurance riders, becoming team pursuit world champion in 2020 and Olympic champion at Paris 2024. Her road performances have also strengthened steadily, including third at Nokere Koerse in 2024, second on a stage of the UAE Tour Women in 2025 and second-place stage finishes at both the Giro d’Italia Women and Tour de Suisse Women in 2026.
