“We are going to participate for the second time in the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, it will be like last year our first race of the season, but unlike 2021 we will not be heading into the unknown this time. It’s an event in which you have to be in good shape, be well placed, and also have luck on your side. It’s a typical Flandrienne event, hard with cobblestones, mountains, we are directly in the Belgian atmosphere. I had a studious winter, I’m coming out of a training course at altitude with the French team during which, here again, we worked well, so obviously I hope to be well on the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad. I did everything to make it happen. I can’t wait to hang up a bib on the Arkéa jersey”.
