Lucie Jounier (Retired)
Lucie Jounier is a retired French cyclist who spent four seasons racing professionally in the European peloton. A versatile one-day rider with a fast finish, she was particularly effective on rolling terrain and in selective Classics. Jounier recorded top-10 finishes at races including GP Oetingen, Ronde de Mouscron and Clásica de Almería, while also competing at Paris-Roubaix Femmes, Liège-Bastogne-Liège Femmes and the Tour de France Femmes before retiring at the end of 2023.

Career overview
Jounier developed through the French domestic scene before joining Team Arkéa in 2020. She quickly became competitive in European one-day races, finishing fourth at Ronde de Mouscron and sixth at Grand Prix du Morbihan Féminin in 2021 before taking fourth at GP Oetingen in 2022. Her career was interrupted that year when she was hit by a driver while training, suffering a fractured wrist bone and head injury. Jounier joined Zaaf Cycling Team for 2023 before moving to Team Coop-Hitec Products following Zaaf’s collapse. She finished sixth at Clásica de Almería and completed part of the Tour de France Femmes before ending her professional career after the 2023 season.
